Devika Sadar Commercial Project

This portal has been created exclusively for the unit buyers of the Devika Sadar Project. It is intended to streamline the collection of allottee information and facilitate the formation of a strong and well-connected community. The objective of the Association is to work collectively to address and resolve outstanding issues in the interest of all unit buyers, and to engage with the developer through a unified and structured approach. The Association will also take appropriate steps, including filing applications before the competent authorities wherever necessary, to safeguard and protect the rights and interests of the unit buyers of the Project.
